Powder Coating Technician
Location: Hartville, OH
Shift: 1 st Shift & 3rd
Pay: $14.00-$15.00+ Based on Experience
We are seeking a Powder Coating Technician for a full-time, 1st shift position in Hartville. This role involves operating powder coating equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up powder coating machinery
- Perform production, inspection, and packaging duties
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues during the production cycle
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products
- Follow established safety rules and company procedures
Requirements: - Experience with powder coating (preferred)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
