What you'll do as: Poultry Evis Sorter
- Performing internal organ removal
- Handling bird intestines
- Following sanitation protocols
- Operating specialized equipment
- Working efficiently in a team
Work Experience The preferred candidate might:
- Previous experience in poultry processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
