Position Introduction
The Science, Technology, and Society (STS) Program at Vassar College invites applications for a 2-year Postdoctoral Fellow position beginning Fall 2025.
Position Description
The STS Program is seeking a candidate who will be able to help develop particular areas of our curriculum focused on digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and/or data science and society. Vassar College is committed to excellence in undergraduate research and teaching, so candidates should demonstrate a shared commitment to these. Teaching experience is preferred, but not required. Teaching responsibilities will include two courses per year, in addition to mentoring a small cohort of senior thesis projects. A Ph.D. in STS, or a related field, is required for this position.
Salary Wage Range
Pay Transparency Disclosure: The annual salary for this full-time postdoctoral position is $82,000 (USD).
