As a Quality Engineering Associate within the Robotic Surgical Technologies team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our cutting-edge medical technology. Key Responsibilities
Investigate Products: Coordinate and conduct investigations on technical products, working with various teams to find and fix quality issues in robotic surgical technologies.
Manage Defects and Issues: Represent the Quality Engineering team on boards dealing with defects, issues, and changes, especially those related to robotic surgical technologies.
Support Customer Quality Experience: Help the Customer Quality Experience Management team by analyzing post-market trends in robotic surgical technologies and providing advice and support.
Monitor Complaints: Lead the bi-monthly analysis of complaints in robotic surgical technologies, ensuring reports are delivered as needed.
Analyze Field Performance: Create and share a weekly summary of field performance for Robotic Surgical Technologies, contributing to the quality and performance of our robotic surgical products in the field.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Make sure that our robotic surgical technologies meet FDA and ISO post-market analysis requirements and oversee external AMS partners to ensure they follow quality agreements.
Control Design: Align internal policies and procedures for robotic surgical technologies, including software regulations, risk management, and change control, with regulations and standards.
Improve Processes: Help streamline and improve the development process for robotic surgical technologies to make it more efficient and support the launch of innovative products.
Provide Guidance and Training: Offer guidance to the service and support team on internal procedures, including Design Control, while complying with regulatory requirements related to robotic surgical technologies.
Collaborate Across Functions: Build positive working relationships with leaders in Service, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, especially in the context of robotic surgical technologies.
Manage Projects: Use coaching and facilitating skills to ensure that project management, expectations, and best practices are followed in the field of robotic surgical technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor&s degree in a relevant field (eg, engineering, quality management, life sciences, etc.).
0-2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Has a desire to learn and grow both technically and professionally
