Position (3) Technical Architect
Pay Rate: $60-75/hr W2 $70-90/hr CTC/1099
Required Skills

1. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in:
   1. Software design patterns and architecture styles, such as microservices, REST, and/or event-driven architecture
   2. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and/or Salesforce APIs
   3. Leading development teams and collaborating with stakeholders
   4. Software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience with:
   1. Developing and implementing solutions in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
   2. Programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
4. Strong leadership and organization skills
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable Qualifications

1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in:
   1. Leading medium to large-scale modernization projects
   2. Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
   3. Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar
2. Possess Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect
