• Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence.
• Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise.
• Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client
• Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets.
• Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
• Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable. Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in managing Condominium and Homeowners' Associations in the US.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with others are essential. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise.
• Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client
• Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets.
• Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
• Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable.
• Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance.
Compensation:
$65,000-$70,000 per year
