Portfolio Development Manager (Business Development) - Real Estate License REQUIRED Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and relationship-building? Anchor Real Estate is looking for a Portfolio Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the residential property management space. This role is all about strategic business development-building connections with property owners, converting leads into long-term clients, and overseeing a smooth onboarding experience. This position offers a base salary + commission + performance bonuses, and is ideal for someone looking to grow with a high-performing, customer-first team. Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound homeowner inquiries, conduct consultations, and convert leads into signed Property Management Agreements (PMAs)
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and current homeowners to drive referrals, reviews, and repeat business
• Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, coordinating vendors, and ensuring a market-ready presentation
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up, CRM tracking, and KPI reporting
• Deliver customized presentations that showcase our property management solutions and value
• Supervise and collaborate with a Virtual Partner to support lead management, scheduling, and administrative tasks Qualifications:
Must hold an active North Carolina Real Estate License
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a long-term sales pipeline Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 base + commission performance bonuses
