Come join a dynamic team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Research and Development (RD) Directorate. ARServices is seeking a qualified candidate to support the DTRA RD Urgent Solution Division (CXU) team as a Portfolio Analyst. The ideal candidate for this position has an active TS-SCI security clearance, high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, ability to quickly learn new IT systems and software, and problem solving, detail-focused, initiative, excellent communication and time management skills. A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Prepares, stewards and uses software applications for strategic communication, information messaging and executive level SES/ General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) presentations/demonstrations in support of key leader engagements. Utilizes advanced PowerPoint and other creative software applications to design visuals that convey Division messaging by translating program concepts into visually appealing, engaging and information dense ideas to convey operational "value" behind technology development. Provide support for division internal/external engagements to include coordination, preparation and development of executive level out briefs. Plan for, coordinate and convene regular division information planning sessions, then ensure that accurate, concise and sufficient information is exchanged about the status/progress of work accomplished to date. Review work completed by others to ensure deadlines and priorities are met with information that is accurate, complete and consistent with Division messaging. Identify and author recommendations for improvements/innovations to portfolio/program critical functions, processes, procedures and activities to ensure Division, DTRA and DOD mission objectives are met. Assist the government in initiating and responding to military and civilian human resources administrative actions. Provide knowledge management and other technical, administrative, and logistical support for the division, as required. Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI Clearance. Required Qualifications: Must have Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Science, Finance or Mathematics. 10+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Science, Finance or Mathematics . Familiarity with DTRA, DoD agencies, military services and US Combatant Commands policy and authorities . Adobe Creative Cloud experience .
