Review Services, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to work full time (in person) assisting with a wide variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of an independent financial planning firm in Brookfield, WI.
The responsibilities include:
- Perform daily reconciliation of price and transaction downloads from custodian to client reporting database.
- Service clients by opening new accounts, processing deposits/withdrawals, enter trades per Advisor's instructions, estate settlements, enter held away account transactions and other requests upon occurrence.
- Maintain various spreadsheets for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Assist with the Quarterly Client Reporting Process including preparing and verifying reports, billing client accounts and distribution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client needs.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Required skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of financial/investment planning administrative work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate with clients and business professionals.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business ethics and excellent work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
- Ability to quickly grasp the financial industry regulations, office policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
