The Port of Beemac is a 24/7 operation. The facility is an unheated/non-air-conditioned port. We offer a competitive incentive package, and we are looking for hardworking, quick-thinking, self-motivated people. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. This position will be responsible for administrative support for the Port operations in Leetsdale, PA.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Accurately entering inventory data into the computer
  • Maintaining inventory records
  • Communicating with internal departments, customers, and vendors regarding any inventory/order discrepancies
  • Order supplies for Port, including office supplies, safety PPE
  • Other duties may include building/planning barge material, physical inventory count in yard and/or storage areas
  • Assisting with new hire paperwork
  • Assist with creating and maintaining documentation for Port procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed, including weekends
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Must be able to work outdoors year-round, as needed
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong mathematical skills
