Position Overview: Join our enthusiastic team as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, you'll take charge of daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Your guidance will ensure compliance with company standards in all areas including product preparation, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively during your shifts.
- Exemplify excellent knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operations.
- Offer constructive feedback and performance coaching to your team.
- Supervise according to GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
- Uphold and enforce cash handling policies; address and document any violations.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
What We Require: - 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure in a high-volume environment.
