What to Expect?

As a Pool Service Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the pool service category by building strong relationships with owner/operators and contributing to operational efficiencies. Your focus will be on driving sales growth within the pool service category, assisting with route retention, and supporting training initiatives. You will also contribute to expanding the customer base, ensuring compliance, and offering excellent customer service. You will support Franchise owners after the transition of initial training and retail open dates to be prepared to grow the pool service category. This position will report directly to the Ancillary Services Manager.

On a daily basis our Pool Service Operations Specialist:
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with franchise owners/operators to support sales growth, profitability, and operational efficacy.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Become an expert in the M13 category / PNL to advise stores on vehicle and employee count for optimal growth.
  • Assist with pool service routing, help in the hiring and retention of employees, and contribute to employee retention programs.
  • Actively support brand standards, focusing on the profitability and operational success of the pool service category.
  • Assist in training and motivating teams to drive sales within the pool service area.
  • Help with the training and introduction of new products and services. Assist in locations that need support to meet the company's vision and standards.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding monthly key performance metrics.
What You Will Need:
  • 3-5 years of professional level experience in Business Operations or Management
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office suites - Sales Reporting and CRM proficiency required
  • Experience within the pool service / routing / management is preferred.
  • Experience in a franchised environment a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel up to 50%
