A day in the life As a Pool & Beach Manager, you will support the beach team in assisting guests with their service needs at the pool and beach to include chair, towel and umbrella service.
To be successful in the Beach Attendant position, you - Oversees the daily operation of the Resort pool and recreation experience.
- Assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and the service of all staff.
- Ensures cleanliness and appearance of the pool and beach areas.
- Supervises and trains all pool and beach staff.
- Communicate with guests on a consistent basis to gain feedback and look for ways to improve the guest experience.
- Ensures beach towel inventory is maintained.
- Maximizes Food & Beverage revenues and service at the beach.
- Maintains excellent relationship with Parque Towers & St. Tropez management and owners.
- Maintains excellent relationship with Florida Ocean Club for the use of their beach.
- Delivers guest centric programs at the beach.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

- Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8 hours.
