Job Overview:

The Pool & Spa Sales Expert will take the lead in managing our pool, hot tub, and swim spa division. This role is essential for understanding and conveying the unique characteristics, features, and benefits of our products to customers. You will be instrumental in driving sales performance, implementing sales plans, and maintaining operational excellence at our location.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive store performance in pool, spa, and swim spa sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and gross margin targets for the fiscal year.
  • Grow the customer base and improve sales conversion rates.
  • Engage with leads and nurture customer relationships to close sales effectively.
  • Educate yourself on luxury products that promote health and relaxation.
  • Utilize various communication channels (Phone/Text/Email/Social Media) to follow up with leads.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Uphold professionalism and adhere to company procedures.
  • Facilitate daily operations and ensure effective teamwork in the sales division.
  • Sell products through thorough knowledge of their features and benefits.
  • Close sales enthusiastically, using effective closing techniques.
  • Train in lead management and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and support requests.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to secure referrals and positive reviews.
  • Collaborate with delivery, service, and installation teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team regarding inventory and product information.
  • Coach and develop team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ensure availability of marketing materials and displays to aid in sales.
  • Assist with social media promotions for store visibility.
  • Contribute to off-site events, including home shows and tent sales.
  • Follow all company policies and uphold our values and mission.
Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of sales experience, preferably with large ticket items.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Skilled in the sales process and customer engagement.
  • Ability to navigate a sale from initial contact to closing.
  • Strong time management skills and organization capabilities.
  • Committed to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
Pay: $16.00 /hour
