The Sleep Center provides diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders, accredited by the AASM. It features a 12-bed facility with advanced monitoring equipment, operating seven nights a week. The polysomnographic technologist conducts overnight polysomnograms, administers oxygen and CPAP, and alerts physicians to at-risk events.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred. RPSGT or RST certification is mandatory, with consideration for board-eligible graduates. Candidates must pass the board exam within 3 months of employment. Current CPR certification is required before clinical work begins.
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees will not operate vehicles for business purposes.
