The Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences seeks to fill Political Science adjunct instructor positions to begin Summer for the academic year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching courses at multiple campuses (Berkeley, Dorchester, Mount Pleasant, Palmer, and Thornley) and utilizing Brightspace learning management technology.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
To qualify for these positions, you must have at least a master's degree in political science or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in political science. Adjunct faculty positions require submission of unofficial transcripts reflecting the minimum requirements with the application. Submissions without transcripts will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous college-level teaching experience is preferred. Prior teaching experience is also preferred. Proficiency with learning management systems and publisher platforms is a plus. These positions will teach face-to-face American Government courses.
