Podcast & Community Manager - CEO's Office


Job Summary

HighRadius is seeking a content marketing & podcast specialist to take full ownership of the GBS Masterminds Podcast, the flagship podcast hosted by our CEO, connecting with GBS leaders, CFOs, and CXOs globally. This high-visibility role requires end-to-end podcast management, from conceptualization to distribution, while collaborating with the busiest executives in the world to deliver exceptional content.

This is your chance to work directly with C-level stakeholders, manage high-profile projects, and elevate a podcast that influences some of the industry's top decision-makers.


Responsibilities

Podcast Strategy & Planning


  • Develop themes and craft a 6-question framework for each podcast season, ensuring alignment with current industry trends.
  • Create a Total Addressable Market (TAM) for podcast outreach, identifying top GBS leaders, CFOs, and CXOs as guests.
  • Write WIIFTs and messaging scripts to engage busy executives and secure their participation.

Content Creation & Production


  • Ensure each podcast is engaging and an insightful listening experience
  • Oversee recording sessions to ensure smooth execution and a professional experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with video editors to deliver high-quality, polished episodes with consistent branding and storytelling.
  • Perform quality checks on all post-production content before release.

Distribution & Marketing:

  • Create and execute a distribution strategy to maximize episode reach, including social media, email campaigns, and internal channels.
  • Optimize for engagement by crafting compelling teaser clips, episode highlights, and promotional assets.
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, subscribers) and refine strategies to drive growth.


Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the CEO, ensuring the podcast aligns with strategic priorities and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage guest relationships, delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding to post-episode engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in podcast production, content marketing, or executive communications.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives and global leaders.
  • Experience in end-to-end podcast workflows, from ideation to distribution.
  • Strong writing skills for messaging scripts, outreach, and promotional content.
  • Proficiency in content marketing across multiple channels, including social media and email.

Other Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of GBS and Shared Services, with knowledge of industry trends.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside video editors and creative teams.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking podcast performance and optimizing for growth.
  • Creative eye for storytelling and content design.
