seasoned PMO Project Manager to help lead a large-scale
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment at our Swiftwater, PA location. You'll play a key role in enabling business readiness by managing schedules, aligning stakeholders, and supporting critical project activities such as UAT, training, and change management.
This is more than project tracking - it's about being a trusted leader for a collaborative team of 30+ professionals and ensuring successful transformation at every level. What You'll Do: - Manage detailed project schedules and drive execution across business functions
- Support testing cycles, business simulations, and go-live readiness
- Prepare and update project documentation and training materials
- Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and departments
- Facilitate meetings, checkpoint reviews, and risk management sessions
- Coordinate data cleansing, follow-ups, and other business-critical activities
- Report status, risks, and milestones to leadership in a clear, concise manner
What You Need to Bring: - 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on large software projects
- Experience working with large, cross-functional teams
- Strong planning, organization, and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
Great to Have: - Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or HPALM
- Exposure to business readiness activities like UAT, training, or change management
- PMP/PMI certification a plus
