PMO Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and organize project documentation and ensure version control Conduct business process analyses to support workflow optimization Develop, manage, and standardize project templates and process frameworks Track deliverables and monitor adherence to project timelines and milestones Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Support accurate and timely project reporting to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with PMs and teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability REQUIREMENTS TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years Experience supporting project management offices (PMOs) or large-scale programs Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process improvement Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or ServiceNow Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
