Job duties include:
Assisting in admission/discharge processes Completing accident/incident reports Transcribing physician orders and documenting resident information Administering medications as ordered Participating in care planning and conferences Maintaining rapport with all disciplines Engaging in continuing education Must be a licensed RN/LPN in Wisconsin and able to interact tactfully with various stakeholders.
