Responsibilities:
- Assist in Admission/Discharge process
- Complete accident/incident reports and follow up investigations
- Transcribe Physician orders and document resident information
- Prepare and administer medication as ordered
- Participate in Care Planning Process and conferences
- Maintain good rapport with all disciplines
- Participate in continuing education programs
- Must be licensed as an RN/LPN in the state
- Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and families
