Join our dynamic team as a PM Maintenance Multi Craft Technician, where your expertise in preventive maintenance will drive operational excellence. In this role, you will apply your multi-disciplinary skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our equipment and facilities, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Your proactive approach and technical acumen will be key in optimizing our maintenance processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all equipment serviced.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced maintenance personnel.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Certification in welding, HVAC, or electrical is a plus.
