Overview Overview: As a PM Line Cook at Cambria Downtown Austin, you'll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Working primarily during the evening service, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Our kitchen team values collaboration, efficiency, and pride in their craft - and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.
You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, supporting our commitment to exceptional hospitality and food quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working evenings, thrives under pressure, and takes ownership of their station.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (preferably 1+ years)
- Ability to execute menu items accurately and consistently in a timely manner
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Flexible and available to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-player mentality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not required
Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $19.00/Yr. - $21.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
