Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Consultant role located in North Hollywood, CA. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping customers find the perfect bathroom vanities and accessories for their remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the showroom, offering personalized product guidance aligned with project specifications and design preferences.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, design trends, and competitive offerings in the kitchen and bath industry.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all client communications.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage order timelines, delivery scheduling, and resolution of product issues or returns.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by ensuring that showroom displays are clean, organized, and reflective of seasonal trends and featured collections.
- Track customer interactions and sales activities using CRM or POS systems to ensure accurate reporting and lead management.
- Participate in product training sessions, vendor meetings, and store events to continually enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on showroom promotions, social media content, or client referral initiatives.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing insights, helping resolve customer concerns, and supporting new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen and bathroom showroom sales experience.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath fixtures brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
