We take pride in doing professional work at reasonable rates. We are located in the Ft. Lauderdale area, and we service calls to most cities, from West Palm Beach through Miami, in the Southeast Florida area.
Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Interact with residential customers via in-person visits, phone, and email to understand plumbing concerns and offer tailored solutions.
- On-Site Assessments: Conduct detailed inspections of plumbing systems, identify issues, and propose upgrades, repairs, or new installations.
- Solutions Presentation: Explain the features, benefits, and costs of plumbing services and products, while addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Proposals & Agreements: Prepare clear and accurate estimates, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong rapport with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Actively pursue and follow up on sales leads, referrals, and business opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, product advancements, and customer needs to deliver informed recommendations.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets through a results-driven approach.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Team Participation: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and participate in campaigns or promotions.
Compensation: - Commission-Based Pay: Earning potential ranges between $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on performance and sales results.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in plumbing sales, preferably in the residential sector.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, services, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Persuasive presentation skills to explain complex plumbing solutions in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
