Role Description
This is a Full time role for a Plumbing Estimator. The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for estimating and bidding on plumbing projects, analyzing blueprints and other documentation, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients.
Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in estimating and bidding on plumbing projects
- Ability to analyze blueprints and other technical documentation
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in plumbing codes and regulations
- Knowledge of plumbing materials and equipment
- Experience with project management software is a plus
