Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones and route calls in a high-volume setting
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
- Book customer appointments and confirm scheduling details
- Communicate with warranty companies to submit claims and obtain service authorizations
- Generate and send invoices and billing statements accurately
- Maintain organized records and update job information in the system
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience handling incoming calls in an office or customer service setting
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a plumbing or service-based office
- Familiarity with warranty companies and their billing processes
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of the Tucson area (including Sierra Vista, Yuma, Phoenix and surrounding cities) is a plus
