Job Title: PLM Support Engineer - 3DEXPERIENCE PLM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Support Engineer to provide end-user support and maintenance for Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform (2023x and above). This role involves managing PLM integrations with SAP and other boundary systems, supporting both production and non-production environments, and ensuring seamless operation through incident management, service requests, and development activities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in CAA/EKL, Java/server-side development, and a solid understanding of PLM support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User Support: Provide hands-on support for Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform (2023x and above), assisting users with technical issues and platform navigation.
- PLM Integration Management: Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between PLM and boundary systems (SAP and 4 in-house applications).
- Environment Maintenance: Oversee Production and Non-Production environments (SIT, QA, six DEV instances), including periodic data refreshes from production.
- Support Coverage: Provide 16X5 support coverage with on-call availability during weekends and holidays, ensuring overlapping support across IST, UK, EST, CST, and PST time zones.
- Incident & Service Management:
- Handle tickets related to PLM issues, including Incidents, Service Requests, and IECMs (PLM-downstream integration issues).
- Manage JIRA tickets for PLM infrastructure support.
- PLM Development & Enhancements:
- Deliver development efforts based on story points (each equivalent to 8-10 hours) per month.
- Work on CAA/EKL and/or Java/server-side development tasks to enhance platform functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations to improve system performance, stability, and user experience.
