Contract Competencies: EIS - PLM - Product (PLM) - SAP Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: We are seeking a Business Analyst with PLM expertise to partner with product owners and business users. The role involves gathering, defining, and translating business requirements and technical specifications related to 3D EXPERIENCE platform (or similar) development, system integrations, and third-party interfaces. We are looking for a collaborative and critical thinker with experience in engineering, product development, or automotive industry.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities? Strong organizational and time management capabilities? Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills? Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences? Experience working in Agile environments? Experience with geographically distributed teams (preferred)? Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all organizational levels? Capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously? Proficiency in project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications? Understanding of internal business partner terminology? Proven ability to serve as an effective liaison between business and technical teams Candidate qualification priority: 1. Good Communication need to have engaging conversation with the Business/User community 2. PD/Engineering background 3. PLM background (3DX preferred) 4. Onsite requirement. Country: United States
