Platform Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Our largest electronic retailer client is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to join the Productivity Tools team onsite at Best Buy HQ in Richfield, MN. This team manages all M365 cloud products for the enterprise, excluding Dynamics and PowerBi, and consists of engineers and specialists dedicated to developing, engineering, and supporting these capabilities.

The role involves administering and engineering Microsoft Teams and related technologies. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, integrating, and supporting collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication and productivity across the enterprise.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent technical experience.

-3+ years of experience in deploying, managing, and administering Teams/SharePoint environments in M365 Admin Center

-2+ years of experience with AV technologies like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom.

-2+ years of Microsoft M365 operational support responsibilities including OneDrive, Power Platform, Office 365, etc.

-Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation. -5+ years of experience supporting communication tools and other technology services, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerShell.

-3+ years of IT systems support experience with Azure Active Directory (i.e. dynamic rules, conditional access, automations).

-Experience with ITSM functions and processes (ServiceNow)

-Experience leading projects using standardized methodologies.

-Experience with diverse technologies related to end-user computing, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). null
