Job DescriptionYour Role The Configuration Quality & Efficiency team is a testing team focused on user acceptance testing of various domains within the Facets application and ensuring results meet the needs of the business. The Platform Administrator, Senior will report to the Manager of IT Development. In this role you will be relying on a skillset that performs user acceptance testing, root cause analysis, internal audit findings review and lead continuous improvement efforts.
ResponsibilitiesYour Work In this role, you will:
- Lead the analysis of hard to complex solutions for requirements/user stories to develop and execute test cases
- Provide input in cross-functional sessions and understand requirements and out-of-box platform solution options to develop and execute test scenarios; Ensure traceability of solutions back to performance goals and metrics
- Define and test prototype solutions
- Be responsible for configuration and quality assurance of low to moderately complex solutions using best practice and low-code platform configuration
- Facilitate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to meet service level agreements (SLA's)
- Act as the liaison between IT and business areas in support of extensions and service packs
- Provide platform administration to support day-to-day operations including end user support, user access management, system configuration, and platform performance in partnership with IT
- Support the efforts of Internal Audit and Compliance with regards to their requirements from the supported platforms
- Continually evaluate and analyze systems applications and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems
- Understand the core functionality of all Facets applications and how they work together
- Research, review and create claims to test configuration output to ensure results meet business requirements
- Effectively work in JIRA with ability to follow departmental guidelines
QualificationsYour Knowledge and Experience - Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires advanced knowledge in one or more software platforms and domains (e.g. Salesforce, Facets, Pega)
- Requires experience in platform administration, solutioning, configuration, product management or technology implementation using agile development life cycle (SDLC) protocols
- Experience with agile methodologies and release tools preferred
- Experience with data analytics preferred
- Experience in interpreting and writing Oracle SQL queries
- Desired experience in Facets Claims processing
- Requires understanding of Core Facets functionality

- Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above).Exceptions:

o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

- On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.
