Plastics Machine Operator

Advantage Personnel is looking for Plastics Machine Operators to work for a successful company in Lincoln, NE that has been locally owned and operated for nearly 50 yrs. Their employees have an average of 15 years of service, and they provide a laid-back working environment. Hours are Monday through Thursday 2 pm-midnight with potential overtime on Friday. Starting pay is $17-$19/hr. Once hired on by client, a full benefit package, including but not limited to health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K, and life insurance are offered.

Plastics Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Continually load raw material in the machine, monitor the jobs progress and be watchful for imperfections
Perform cleaning, maintenance, and set up of machine
Read and understand customers requirements from job ticket
Pack product for shipment
Complete paperwork
Communicate well with other employees

Plastics Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have previous machine operating experience
Standing for 8 hours per day
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
Perform basic math skills
Ability to show up to work on time everyday
