Currently, we are seeking individuals for a Planview Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Administrator opportunity with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This opportunity is 100% remote. Candidate MUST reside in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience with deep hands-on experience in Planview tools, particularly ProjectPlace, Portfolios, and AgilePlace
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Planview system expert, supporting implementation, configuration, and user enablement for ProjectPlace and related modules.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to optimize Planview tool usage.
• Provide technical consulting and support for Planview tools, including troubleshooting and user guidance.
• Maintain and manage service requests related to Planview tools.
• Assist with development and enhancement of standards and processes focused on Planview tool usage and scheduling.
• Support data integrity and reporting functions within the Planview environment.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience as a Planview Administrator, SME, or Power User-with deep understanding of Planview modules such as ProjectPlace, Portfolios, AgilePlace, etc.
• Familiarity with other project tools such as PWA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or PPM solutions is a plus, but secondary to core Planview expertise.
• Experience supporting tool adoption, end-user training, and system configuration within large organizations.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid delivery frameworks for scheduling or tool alignment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders regarding tool capabilities and best practices.
