Salary $150,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Southwest USA

As the Plant Manager, youll champion the plants continuous improvement strategy, achieve all budget and performance targets, and ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes. Using your time management and delegation skills, youll oversee project management, environmental concerns, and employee engagement. Youll need to be a hands-on leader with a keen sense of urgency and a background in food processing.

Minimum requirements for this confidential Plant Managers position:
At least 8 years of food plant management experience
Must be a seasoned leader with clear communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
BS Degree a MUST HAVE.
