Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production flow and employee productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize plant efficiency and performance.
  • Manage production schedules and resources to meet organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Review data and analyze production metrics to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior leadership, providing insights on operational processes.
  • Evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure plant operations adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, performing regular safety checks.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a plant management or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of current safety laws and regulations within manufacturing settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to senior leadership.
