Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + Paid Relocation Package to the Pacific Northwest

About the Role:
As Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, empower your team, and optimize processes for efficiency and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, hold people accountable, and foster collaboration will be key to success.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically plywood manufacturing.
Bachelors Degree preferred, or 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting.
A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP.
Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.
Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
