The Opportunity -

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION AND FULL RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE.


• Recruitment for both hourly & salaried team members including onboarding, AAP/EEO administration and workforce resource planning;


• Talent Management core services such as performance management, succession planning and organization design initiatives;


• Training & Development such as change management, high performance teams, diversity & inclusion and other legislative and policy updates;


• Benefits & Compensation such as supporting the communication of new and existing medical/retirement programs, conducting market wage reviews, performing job and equity analysis and providing compliance oversight related to DOL, FLSA, time & attendance and payroll areas;


• Culture, Values & Virtues including leading engagement teams, partnering with local community and charitable programs, advancing the employee experience and managing employee relation concerns;


• HRIS Administration including conducting reporting, continuously improving the automation of HR practices and designing metric packages and analytics;


• Safety, Health & Workers Compensation along with coordinating leave of absence programs such as ADA, statutory paid sick leave, paid medical leaves, salary continuation & disability programs with a 3rd party vendor;


What we are seeking:


• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Advanced Degree preferred


• 8-10 years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment


• Experience serving as a strategic business partner able to drive change within an organization.


• Ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute deliverables in a timely manner.


• Ability to exercise creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills.
