The HRBP will be on-site at our client's Cincinnati plant five days a week. This person will support all HR functions for employees at the plant, such as talent management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, and more. This person must have a background in HR in a manufacturing setting.

Our client is a multinational manufacturing company with about 600 employees. They are looking for an HRBP to help drive continued success and growth at one of their Cincinnati plants. This person will be based at the plant and must be on-site every day. This is a strategic and operational role and is a fantastic opportunity to work at a growing company.
Description
- Align HR strategies with the plant's operational objectives to ensure workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant managers and leaders to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies specific to the manufacturing environment.
- Implement and manage employee relations programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, supporting career growth and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and policies.
Profile
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to go on-site at the plant five days a week
- Employee relations experience
- Working knowledge of HR functions

- $95K - $110K base salary depending on the candidate
