Description


  • Serve as the primary HR leader on-site, supporting all levels of plant staff from hourly employees to senior leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals

  • Lead efforts around employee engagement, culture building, and retention strategies

  • Champion and implement change management initiatives across the plant

  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture

  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies

  • Partner with corporate HR as needed on broader initiatives


Profile


  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a plant or manufacturing setting

  • Proven ability to operate in a standalone HR role, with strong ownership and autonomy

  • Demonstrated success in strategic HRBP work-partnering closely with operations leadership

  • Expertise in employee engagement, retention, and navigating organizational change

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
