Description
Serve as the primary HR leader on-site, supporting all levels of plant staff from hourly employees to senior leadership
Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals
Lead efforts around employee engagement, culture building, and retention strategies
Champion and implement change management initiatives across the plant
Manage and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture
Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies
Partner with corporate HR as needed on broader initiatives
Profile
7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a plant or manufacturing setting
Proven ability to operate in a standalone HR role, with strong ownership and autonomy
Demonstrated success in strategic HRBP work-partnering closely with operations leadership
Expertise in employee engagement, retention, and navigating organizational change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
