QLM Search are partnering with an innovative & growing US Dairy Group to appoint a Plant Director at a large scale & key site within their North American network.

Reporting to the COO you will lead an established management team- identifying and delivering strategic objectives and high-performance to exceed their customer expectations.
Areas of focus:
- Lead the site, with full responsibility for budget/P&L, Capex and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals;
- Driving the simplification and improvement of production processes through standardization, innovation, and the implementation of operational/ manufacturing excellence methodologies;
- Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset & culture, accountability and communication across the site;
- Provide clear strategy and execution with a data driven approach to harness the potential of the investments at the site
Your background:
- You will excel at being a strong hands-on leader with experience of managing multi-functional teams
- Have managed both manufacturing & distribution functions.
- Skilled in delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement & process improvement
- Deep expertise in the Dairy Manufacturing sector
