Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance to plant leadership to support business objectives.
• Oversee inventory accounting and control processes.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Management experience is nice to have.
