We manufacture and market prestressed concrete (PC) strand and welded wire reinforcement, including engineered structural mesh, concrete pipe reinforcement, and standard welded wire reinforcement for concrete reinforcement applications. The company operates ten manufacturing facilities in eight states. About You The person we are looking to add as a team member will perform human resources duties, including recruiting, processing payroll, benefits, employee relations, compensation, safety, and preparing reports. They will also carry out responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. They will also be pivotal in ensuring that assigned areas of responsibility are worked at risk levels as low as reasonably achievable to achieve ZERO HARM. Position Snapshot A Plant Administrative Assistant is commonly expected to know interviewing, hiring, and training practices, ability to direct work and resolve problems, maintaining quality standards, interpreting policy and carrying out established policy. The successful candidate will perform the following functions: Assist with timecard processing Track new hire progress and gather feedback Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments Administers pay for skills program This is not an exhaustive list and duties and responsibilities may modify or change depending on business need. Requirements and Education: Professional, technical or administrative training (2-year associate degree); knowledge of Human Resources functions and Federal and State Laws pertaining to Human Resources.
