Kelly Services - Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is actively seeking a Plant Accounting Supervisor for a direct hire, permanent position with one of our top clients based in Cincinnati, OH.
As a Plant Accounting Supervisor placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client's financial operations. Primary responsibilities include preparing various daily reports, month end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, variance analysis, and bill of material maintenance. You'll partner closely with the plant manager and others in the organization, and you'll supervise one direct report.
Qualified candidates will have previous manufacturing experience. A bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred. Candidates without a degree will be considered if you have four plus years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience with a pharmaceutical company is ideal, however, candidates from other manufacturing organizations will also be considered. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are needed, as this role is highly visible, will develop staff, and partner with other departments.
