JOB TITLE - PLANNING MANAGER

Job Summary:
- We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client who are a Food manufacturing business based in the East Yorkshire region, who have very exciting plans to continue their growth and are now looking for a Planning Manager to join the team.
Main Duties:
- Assisting in creating and managing production schedules.
- Coordinating with various departments to maintain workflow and meet customer demands.
- Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and responding to changes in demand or production issues.
- Analyzing data to forecast future requirements, contributing to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Responding to changes in demand or production issues.
Person Specification:
- Data Analytical and confident using Microsoft packages.
- Confident communication skills.
- Calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience planning within a temperature controlled environment
