Job Number: R Planning, Policy, and Business Analyst Key Role: Advise and assist the geospatial intelligence client in executing its GEOINT Training and Professional Standards enterprise management duties as prescribed in DoDI 3305.10. Support the government lead in scheduling or facilitating meetings to provide a forum for GEOINT training collaboration in areas such as policy , standards, responsibilities, emerging GEOINT training requirements, and other related topics, as necessary. C ond uct focused analysis and assessments at the direction of leadership. Target partnerships and relationships with internal and external entities to advocate, promote, or further the client's corporate goals and equities. Assist with developing and recommending long-term organizational strategies, interoperability strategies, and strategic policies . Develop and recommend visions and goals for the organization that contribute to visions and goals. Identify future requirements based on projected technology advances and long-term objectives. Develop and recommend organizational performance metrics to measure and report progress against strategic intent and plans. Develop, facilitate, implement, and document initiatives that support long-term geospatial intelligence training and professionalization strategies, interoperability, and strategic policies , that include baselining GEOINT training, mapping GEOINT competencies, establishing, assessing, and mapping community GEOINT training standards, developing and maintaining common GEOINT course catalog and GEOINT portal, and implementing standard and repeatable GEOINT Training Advisory Group ( GTAG ) requirements processes. Support the development and assessment of program and annual plans. Develop, communicate, and implement standardized organizational planning templates or plans, including annual operating plans, project management plans, concepts of operation, standard operating procedures, and plans of action. Support discussions at internal and external meetings and participate in targeted issue or theme-specific activities related to strategic initiatives, strategic transformation activities, strategic communication, or representation. Participate in office-level leadership offsites to provide insights into ongoing activities or issues such as stakeholder e nga gement meetings, GPS, and ASG Training Working Groups ( ATWG ) . Participate in DNI or USD conferences or other related venues as directed. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, facilitate leadership offsites, and meet and coordinate with training organizations to exchanges ideas, issues, and concepts. Support the client with providing policy input and required reporting to ODNI, USD, Congress, the Council on Occupational Education, and DITEB. Serve as a strategic and long-range planner and consult ant responsible for developing the client's view of the future and recommend detailed strategic policy , plans, initiatives, and concepts related to GEOINT training, internal relations, and selected other activities for the organization. Synchronize corporate and business activities to develop measurable strategic timetables, goals, objectives, and milestones implementing instructions, local plans, policies , and programs. Review USD, DoD, GEOCOM, HD, and other agency or external planning documents such as strategy, campaign plans, and defense planning guidance, and ensure the organization's strategic plan remain synchronized with current topics, future initiatives, and higher-level planning documents. Coordinate with customers, registrars, and coordi nato rs to support GEOINT training requirements and e nro llments. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience assisting with formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy , plans, or processes
1+ years of experience planning and leading an organization to meet objectives or short-suspense time schedules
1+ years of experience assembling project information, including objectives, outcomes, and deliverables, and writing, revising, and editing drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials
1+ years of experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to seniors and their staffs
1+ years of experience assisting with formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy , and business issues
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience supporting the DoD or IC with strategic and business planning, or 15+ years of experience supporting the DoD or IC with strategic and business planning in lieu of degree Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of DoD doctrine and other military GEOINT support
Knowledge of Joint, IC, or Service GEOINT activities and GEOINT doctrine
Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Training and Education Board
Knowledge of NSG and ASG partner or sharing agreements
Knowledge of the GEOINT Learning Program and GEOINT curriculum

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
