We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customer demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory projections, ensuring that optimal stock levels are maintained across all channels. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to ensure that our inventory is aligned with customer needs and demand trends.

Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Develop and maintain accurate inventory schedules to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overages.
- Forecast & Demand Planning: Act as the bridge between customer demand forecasts and supply chain plans, ensuring seamless coordination between the two.
- Lead Time Coordination: Monitor and manage 3-6 month lead times, ensuring effective communication with international suppliers and managing expectations for delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to align inventory strategies with customer demands and business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize inventory turnover rates, and recommend adjustments to improve overall efficiency.
- System Updates & Accuracy: Regularly update inventory systems to reflect current conditions, stock adjustments, and inventory movement.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy, compliance with company policies, and to identify discrepancies.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Experience managing international suppliers and lead times.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
