Job Summary: The Planner, Wholesale is responsible for managing and planning the Retail, Gross and NET sales plans in each of their business channels. They will consistently analyze their business and partner with the retail partner planners to analyze inventory to improve key performance indicators and drive key category penetration. The Planner is responsible to partner with the Key Account Executive or Key Account Manager to drive the overall business of the channels of wholesale that they are responsible for.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Create specific strategies in partnership with KAE/KAM for each channel of business (Ulta, Ulta within Target, Macys and others) to successfully achieve annual sales plans, productivity improvement and market share growth
- Analyze the overall business results to effectively prioritize the appropriate area of focus to maximize results
- Accurately assess the ongoing business results and priorities, helping the retail channel to improve weeks of supply and inventory on hand to optimize the business turnover
- Dissect the business and collaborate cross functionally to identify ways to test sales driving techniques, sharing success stories across the organization to win together
- Provide communication to KAE/KAM, Director and CRO US regarding health of business via turnover, performance by category, anticipated changes in sales and promotion required to mitigate returns
- Manage planning for Orveon Collective of brands; currently inclusive of Laura Mercier, bareMinerals and Buxom Cosmetics
- Run weekly Retail reporting for all 3 brands, and present on Retail Commentary
- Communicate Key OOS concerns
- NPD Forecasts-create forecasts for all new launches and align with internal teams; need to validate retailer quantities based on benchmarks provided by marketing; negotiate with retailers to maximize opportunity and mitigate liability
- Communicate with Demand Planning regarding changes in demand and sell thru
- Execute New Door Opening setups, address book and EDI
- Maintain trackers-both saleable and non-saleable
- Managed markdown, RGA, DIF, RA requests to ensure within budget
- Manage the side-by-side calendars for your retail channels for historical and future planning
- Execute job responsibilities with a "can-do" solution oriented and "teamwork" approach
Minimum Qualification Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a planning
- Cosmetic experience

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $84,500-$112,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees.
