Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and inventory data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within defined areas.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and assortment plans, organized by product line, category, and sub-category, for specific business segments or regions.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to deliver data-driven insights that inform product planning and inventory management for designated areas.
- Provide strategic advice and expert recommendations for crafting inventory management plans, including insights to optimize stock levels, improve turnover rates, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Participate in relevant global conferences and key account meetings with international partners, as directed.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in assigned international markets.
- Independently manage moderately complex projects and support broader planning initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for review and final decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration on assigned projects across global time zones.
- Guide junior team members, promoting analytical thinking and continuous improvement within designated areas.
- Compile key findings and recommendations for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Data Analytics team to refine data visualization, identify key performance indicators, and create insightful reports.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the analytics team to address data discrepancies, suggest dashboard enhancements, and ensure dashboards effectively support inventory management decisions across all channels.
- Stay current on industry trends and support special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic global setting.

Education and Experience:

- Prior senior-level experience in a global context.
