A respected personal injury firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on cases from inception through trial. We're looking for a motivated individual who is knowledgeable in personal injury law and understands the full spectrum of case management and litigation processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a team dedicated to high-quality client service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys with case management, from initial file organization to trial.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsiveness.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including summons, complaints, discovery demands, responses, and motions.
  • Organize materials for court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Obtain and manage medical records and related authorizations.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Filevine is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately manage case information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Trial experience is a required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certification preferred.
