We are seeking a dynamic, aggressive, and compassionate Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney who has a passion for protecting the rights of individuals who have suffered personal injuries. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in personal injury law, specifically in areas such as car accidents, slip and fall incidents, and various injury cases. This is an on-site position that may require court appearances and direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
3. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
4. Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence, and making oral arguments.
5. Provide legal advice to clients and communicate case progress effectively.
6. Participate in pre-trial and trial preparation, including strategy development.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
8. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and attend relevant training.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven experience in handling car accident, slip and fall, and other injury cases.
5. Trial experience and familiarity with courtroom procedures.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve cases favorably.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Strong understanding and knowledge of procedural laws and regulations in the state of Florida.
11. Demonstrated ability to take an empathetic approach to clients and to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
